Administrative/Biographical history: Details about the Vickers family of Criggon, Montgomeryshire, are sparse. A Miss Gertrude Grant Vickers may have owned the estate when she died in 1937. Other contemporary members of the family include Velentine Whitby Vickers and Julia Maud Vickers.

Scope and content/abstract: Papers, 1847-1969, relating to the Vickers family and to their Criggion and Offley Grove estates in Montgomeryshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire, including rentals, 1877-1969, accounts, cash books and vouchers, 1847-1947, leases and agreements, 1864-1954, and family and estate correspondence, 1876-1939.
