ARCHIVAL INFORMATION

Accruals: Accruals are not expected

Archival history: NLW MS 5603B apparently given by Vincent to R. D. Jenkins, Cilbronnau, later passing to his son Sir Lawrence Jenkins (1857-1928).
Vincent's papers were supposedly inherited by his brother, John Vincent of Fishguard, master mariner (d. 1891). However the volumes now NLW ex 2909 evidently ended up in the possession of Sir Lawrence Jenkins, who donated them to the University of Wales, Aberystwyth (where they were kept latterly in boxes marked 'MANUSCRIPT NOTES & TEXTS (JENKINS)').

Immediate source of acquisition: Donated by Sir Lawrence Jenkins, Cilbronnau, 1926 (NLW MS 5603B); donated by Aberystwyth University, Information Services (per Julie Archer, Records Manager), June 2015 (NLW ex 2909).
