Administrative/Biographical history: Richard Elias ('Meillionog') (1847-1927) was a native of Morriston, Swanea. He emigrated to Cape Town, South Africa in September 1898.

Scope and content/abstract: Papers, [1871x1927], of Richard Elias ('Meillionog'), comprising mainly of autograph and holograph sermons and poetry, and also including material relating to a tribute by the Tabernacle Sunday School, Morriston to 'Meillionog' on the occasion of his departure for Cape Town in September 1898.
