Administrative/Biographical history: The Cardiganshire Association for the Blind is a group supporting visually-impaired people within the old county of Cardiganshire, now Ceredigion. It is one of the member organizations of the Wales Council for the Blind. It later became a registered charity, in 1964. Cardiganshire County Council had a Blind Executive Committee in the 1930s.
