Administrative/Biographical history: Norman D. Clark first appears in the Auctioneers' and Estate Agents' Institute of the United Kingdom year book in 1932. In the 1964 year book he is listed as acting for the Woolwich Equitable Building Society. In the 1940s he occupied premises at 47 Holton Road, Barry, by the 1970s he had moved to 24 Holton Road. In 1974 the business was transferred to Gavin Davies of Penmark.
