Administrative/Biographical history: Cadoxton-juxta-Barry is an ancient parish within the rural deanery of Barry in the diocese of Llandaff. It is situated between the parishes of Sully and Barry on the coast of the Bristol Channel, and includes the parish church of St. Cadoc's (or St. Catwg), St. Aiden's Church, Barry Mission Room; Barry Dock St. Mary's Church and Cadoxton National school.
