Scope and content/abstract: Comprises photographs and drawings of churches designed by architects Medland and Henry Taylor, consisting of: photograph of a drawing of a design for the chancel of St John's Church, Manchester; photograph of a drawing of St Andrew's Church, Hadfield, Derbyshire; photographs of St Clement's Church, Longsight, Manchester; photograph of Holy Trinity Church, Gee Cross, Stockport, Chester; photograph of drawings of St James's Church, Buxton, Derbyshire; photograph of St Luke's Church, Miles Platting, Manchester; photographs of seven unnamed churches, the first, which is a ruin, may be St Mary's, Crumpsall, Manchester which was destroyed by lightning in 1872; photograph of a drawing of the proposed enlargement of St Mary's Church, Droylsden, Lancaster, 1867; photograph of a design of the tower and spire of St George's Church, Pendleton, Lancaster; photograph of the Church of the Ascension, Lower Broughton.
